Natalia and Yeoman fabrics and cod were used by the people of Camelle.
The Spanish steam Natalia shipwrecked in Pedra do Porto on 12 January 1915. The ship was transporting 2000 tons from the Sierra company in Seville. With a crew of 35 members, it was a trading ship working between Liverpool and Barcelona. It came from A Coruña, where it unloaded part of the goods that came from the English port, and was going towards Vigo, where it would unload a big winch for the Barreras factory. The rest of the goods were diverse articles, such as fabric, machinery, cod, copper sulphate, tools and textile mills.
The thick fog caused the shipwreck, as no reference points to position the ship and avoid the unfortunate accident could be seen. Once more, Camelle inhabitants took it upon themselves to avoid any loss of life, nor even the loss of personal luggage.
